Have you seen any reptiles or amphibians in Presquile Provincial Park? Keep track of what you see and where you see it.
Presquile is home to several species of snakes, turtles, amphibians and salamanders - all of which play an important role in the ecosystem.
Each of these animals faces serious risks from human activity. Roads, poaching changing the shape of the landscape for human development all affect these animals. By doing your part, and helping these animals, either by helping them across the road, or submitting your information to our partners at the Ontario Herpetofauna Atlas, you can help save these populations!
Keep an eye out, in and out of Presquile for these beautiful creatures - if you are lucky you can find all of the species that exist in the park
